Obtaining Name of
the Proposed Company:
The name of the
proposed company is to be approved by the Concerned Registrar of Companies,
for which we require six names in the order of their preference from you
and such names should reflect the object behind the formation of the
proposed company. An application in Form No. 1A needs to be filed with the
Registrar of Companies (ROC) of the state in which the Registered Office of
the proposed Company is to be situated for the above said purpose.
